What is my basal metabolic rate?

What’s that saying, “Great minds think alike”? Well that certainly was true on the first two posts here to Fat 2 Fit Radio. Jeff has linked to a great article about basal metabolic rate.

Meanwhile, I heard a snippet of a radio show a week or so ago that mentioned BMR. Like I said, it was just a snippet, but it intrigued me so here are some of the links I found to fill you in on what your basal metabolic rate is, how it can help you lose weight, and also how it can make you gain weight.
