		<description>I broke my foot last year and the Doctor recommend those shoes I agree they are not for weight loss but they are good for walking and for work. The Doctor is an orthopedic  surgeon and a foot specialist.</description>

		<description>aw man, but those shoes are sooo comfy! 
When I have to spend the day on my feet and I&#039;m not required to wear dress shoes, I find those kinds of shoes leave me with the least foot and knee pain (I have really bad knees, so that&#039;s a major plus).</description>

		<description>Most gyms have some sort of circuit of resistance machines set up. I was just referring to whatever was available.  The basic groups of muscles to be worked would be chest, shoulders, back, bicep, triceps, quads, hamstrings and calves. One basic exercise for each would cover the whole body.</description>
