Hi guys, I love your podcast, and have just gotten my husband to start listening to you. He wanted to know what you think of My Fitness Pal, he started using it within the last couple of weeks. Is there another tool that would be better or is My Fitness Pal pretty good?

Just compared MyFitnessPal to Sparkpeople. The MyFitnessPal seems to have a much cleaner interface. Easier to get around in.

A lot of listeners like the Lose It! app. I've tried it. It has gotten better and better, but I can't get into it. But, whatever gets you to keep a food journal, use it!

I use lose it! on my iPad. It was harder for my aging eyes to use on the iPhone but at double size- Perfect! I will try out the one you recommend, since it has a web interface. At first glance ( website) not as easy as the lose it app. But haven't tried the MyFitnessapp...So will not say much else.

Another great episode! I am checking out MyFitnessPal. I use SparkPeople for all my tracking, but the iPhone app fro MyFitnessPal looks pretty nice, so I am trying it.

Going back and listening to episode 65. :) Been awhile since I have listened to it.
