		<description>I&#039;ve been using MyFitnessPal too, with some success, although I&#039;m concerned about the daily calories goal it sets - it&#039;s about 300 calories a day less than the calculator on the Fat2Fit site and under my BMR - now I&#039;m not sure which calorie goal to stick to.</description>

		<description>I have been using MyFitnessPal.com since July, and it&#039;s helped me lose 40 pounds! I looked at a few online calorie diaries but found this one to be the best fit for me.

I also like the spark people one too.</description>
