Loved this episode!
Just one correction - while it is true that you must rest when you are ill, it is not a good idea to lay around - especially flat. This puts you at risk for pneumonia and blood clots in your legs, plus the more you lay around the longer it will take you to get your strength back.
It is recomended that you sit up for periods during the day, and short periods of walking around will not interfere with your rest and will do a lot to prevent complications as well as help you get your strength back sooner than someone who simply lies down the whole time they are sick.
