You guys are great. Thank you immensely for your podcast! I'm making such good progress from having implemented your ideas since January.

So glad you mentioned about the diet industry not especially wanting us to lose weight in a healthy manner so we keep it off. What immediately came to mind was Weight Watchers. I'm in my 50's and have been a member several times at different times of my life with varied amounts of success. I think they are a very schizophrenic organization. Look at their magazine - full of ads of empty calorie junk desserts. They sell boxes of junk snacks at their meetings. It makes you wonder just exactly what they're "pushing!"

I used to think I had to pay $40-$50/month to have a stranger weigh me and record it, as with Weight Watchers. Thanks to you guys, I am now losing weight without the shackles of the diet industry. I have never before felt so confident and in control about my health, and it feels so good!
