Hi Guys,
I have listened to around 5 or 6 of your show so far. I wish I was listened for a while as I love it.
It just blows my mind to finally understand why I strugle with weight loss for 20+ years.... I could go not eating more than 1000 cal per day for a long time and almost nothing would happen. Sometimes I got to loose up to 40 pounds and within 2-3 years everything would be back and more.
It is hard work, but I am tracking the food very closely and finally faced the reality that I was not eating enough. All that pain just to endure a disaster.
Well, I am loving it and I finally find that I have the energy to go to the gym. I just need to eat more than my BMR and I already feel slimmer.
You openned my eyes to a better lifestyle.

Just so you know, I'm spreading the word on your show. I think that there is something for everyone in each episode. I adore your show and I look forward to every new podcast.

According to a test I took using the Bod Pod, I have a BMR of someone who is ten lbs lighter than I am (or at least when I input 120 lbs into Gyminee as my current weight when I am actually 130). Is this a sign of a slow metabolism?

Also, can you explain the activity level? I currently play soccer (one hour) three times a week and I walk 10,000 steps a day (I'm always wearing a pedometer) and I would like to know what my actual activity level is.

I would like to lose 10 lbs by the time I fly out to Costa Rica in mid-August. What do I need to do?

Looking forward to many more episodes of your show,

Hey, what was that last line all about? We've pretty much picked your brains of what you know? Don't scare me like that. And we'll always need more psychologizing!
