YOu guys are great. I began listening to your podcasts when I started working out to help with my diabetes. I was diagnosed as a type II diabetic and continued to eat and lay around thinking I was only 36 and it would not affect me in a negative way until I was older.

2 years later, I had a panic attack and thought it was a heart attack. My wife rushed me to the hospital only to find out it was nothing. It woke me up to realize I was 5'9" and 245 pounds and my fasting blood sugar was 135. It has been 10 months, I dropped 45 pounds, 8 inches in the waist and I did it by eating like the person I want to be. I eat 1800 calories a day and workout 6 days a week. I walk 7 miles a day and run 1. I still eat what I want and my fasting numbers range in the high 80's to high 90's. Im just stuck now for 4 months at 200.
My question, is there any better excercise for me to lose another 10 pounds and make my glucose numbers even better? Thanks for your help and I look forward to all of your shows. Keep up the great work!!

Does, it really make you fat? I'm seeing all of these "corn syrup isn't bad" commericals. and I hear from everyone that it is. So, what the truth?
