Hi,

I just caught your show on cycling. I'm an avid pedal-bike commuter. I would rather ride in the pouring rain and sleet than take the bus. Cycling is a brilliant start to my day, an opportunity to appreciate the world around me...plus, it saves me money!

I get pretty sweaty on my way into work, and I've taken to freshening up with a towel bath. My current job has a shower but I don't trust its cleanliness; besides, I've got the towel thing down pat. My last job was in a showerless office, and I'd ride in and sometimes also go out for a lunchtime run. I would wash my body with a small, soapy hand towel; my face with my girlie face wash; and use my deodorant. I never got any complaints, and was told on occasion that I smelled nice. Mostly, I received compliments on my glowing complexion.

I hope this helps. It's a late comment.

Cheers, and keep up the good work with the podcast! I fall in and out of exercising and I find this to be a great resource.
