@Maine She even makes jokes during the deposition about having a ‘class action lawsuit filed against a homemaker’. That’s just giving homemakers a bad name.

Hey great article

We have been battling this scam since June and it finally seems to be getting somewhere.

On her supposed apology which was on the same day as the morning show and her deposition she also uploaded alleged current pictures of herself. If you look at her during her deposition you will see that those “current pictures” are either fake or heavily altered. Goes to show how full of BS that apology would be!

Thank you for helping to spread the word about the Kimkins Diet Scam and for alerting your readers to the dangers of this very low calorie, nutritionally bankrupt, starvation diet.

I do hope that anyone who has followed this diet will increase their calorie and fat intake to healthy levels immediately and make an appointment to see their doctor as soon as possible, to ensure that they have not suffered any irreparable harm to their health. Please be totally honest with your doctor about what and how much (or how little) you have been eating so that he can treat you properly. I know it is sometimes embarrassing to admit that you have fallen for a scam like this, but honesty with your doctor is the best way to deal with getting your health back to where it should be.

Also, if anyone has been a victim of this scam, please contact the folks at the Kimkins Class Action Lawsuit to determine whether you may be eligible to participate in the lawsuit.
