I created a Traineo group for Fat 2 Fit Radio! Because it is free for everyone to use, I don't have any trouble promoting it and I think that it will prove to be a great community for our listeners.

The address is http://fat2fit.groups.traineo.com/.

We will start mentioning this on Podcast #11 and I personally look forward to being a Motivator for everyone in the group.

Hey Kristin,

I'm on there, sporadically, under my old podcast name, http://fatguyradio.traineo.com. I haven't updated goals and such in a while.

Thanks,
Russ

Does anyone use traineo? I'd love to hook up with some other f2f listeners on there so we can help motivate each other.

Hey Jenny,

I'm confused, you gave your husband your "fat pants because you couldn't fit into them"? And now you're fitting into them again? Was that supposed to be "skinny pants", because I have a few pairs of those I'm working towards. In fact, I'll double my wardrobe when I do.

Thanks for the kinds words and for your input on the support forum. We're looking into what type would work for everyone and not create a ton of extra work culling spam from the system.

Great show as always, guys =)

I'm very lucky in that I have tremendous support both at home and at work. My husband (God bless him) is naturally slim and can eat anything he wants and still stay healthy. He has a whopping 14% body fat . I joke that we are Jack Spratt and his wife. Even though he can eat all the fat he wants (it seems) he eats all the low fat, low cal food I make and actively looks for foods and recipes that I would enjoy. Every week when I weigh in he's there to cheer or comfort me. When I gave him my fat pants because I couldn't fit into them and told him to get rid of them he hid them in the closet. I just got them back this week and they fit again!!

I also get wonderful support from my co-workers. They put up with my nightly bulletins and cheer me on. They are all always there with new recipes and ideas to help me on my journey.

That being said, I would also like to say that I would love an online support forum like you described on your show. With my work hours it is sometimes hard for me to get with other people, like a support group, and while my family and friends support me, none of them are going through the same thing. Let me know where I can sign up!!

Jenn

p.s. I stopped taking the Alli and am still losing, even with the holidays. Thanks for all the info!!
