		<description>Also try to exercise 5 days a week for 6 months straight. The six month milestone is a magic number. This is when exercise becomes a lifetime habit. If you make it to this point you will have an internal “need” to exercise. It will feel very uncomfortable to miss a workout.

Put that 6 month mark on your calendar and keep exercising! Remember that it will get easier if you make it to 6 months.</description>
